I tell almost everyone I know/meet that besides placing my 3 newborn children on my chest/in my arms, it is by far the most life-changing transformation I could have imagined!!

Words cannot describe the miracle that it really is! And I am blessed…… I don’t have any discomfort during the day/evenings. It is absolutely incredibly amazing!!!

I started swimming last week again as well. And that is truly life-changing.
